Can mutation be done by military estate office if a property was purchased on general power of attorney by my father from an army officer and later my father as a legal attorney of the officer gave this property to me as an oral gift through registered irrevocable general power of attorney . My father i has passed away , this deed is registered in fbr . I checked the deed after his death and took it for mutation . Military estate office has raised a question that years back my father as an attorney of the army officer had asked for a permission to sell to me but changed his mind and made gift deed before noc was issued . Which means noc for sale given at that time was not used and my father as as attorney changed his mind towards gift deed rather sale deed . Please explain how can i satisfy military estate office now so that they issue noc on gift deed and do mutation
