Since no body is responding I just came up with my check list for looking for a rental property in ibd.
1 budget
2 security
3 locality and neighborhood
4 proximity to schools
5 proximity to healthcare facility
6 upper portion vs lower portion. Upper portion although cheaper but has more electrical consumption. Ground portion may have security issues.
7 yr of construction/ quality of construction
8 proximity to commercial area/parks walking track
9 water and gas problems
