Renting out my 7 marla new built main boulevard house in bt phase 8 usman block, house is double story with 5 beds and servant room.
Were can i place an add to rent out my house. I am looking for genuine good family who are not trouble makers and pay me on time and also take care of the house. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks
Make a panaflex banner with your contact number and hang it on front. Stay home and safe. Dealers and probable tenants will contact you. Don’t pay any commission to the dealer who makes the deal.

Also is there any other inputs you would like to add in terms of renting out the property and making the lease with tenant as I am the beginner and new to BT. Thanks
