Any new project in karachi for which the loan can be taken under new home loan scheme of government - (mera pakistan mera ghar)??
The document requirement is very high and usually builders don't fulfill all requirements one way or another and bank won't issue loan on it.
Any guidance for these projects (in karachi) will be appreciated.
Kamran sab, why not contact the bank itself from which you want to procure loan. They might be able to guide you better about it.
