I want to sell my property in satellite town rawalpindi but the whole neighbourhood spread rumours about our property that rendered our deals. No one is finalising deals. Everyone thinks we have conflict over this property. Which means i won’t even get good price for it. Everything is clear no stay order or anything on this property and this property has single owner but whenever i try to sell it people spread rumours and nobody finalised the deal. What should i do now?
Sir what i have usually observed is the unethical and pathetic behavior from the dealers of satellite town mostly and whenever you goto sell your property,they would start placing the same sorry tales infront of you to bring you to lower prices and when you go to buy the same,they would start portraying that as the best in the world,so i think in these circumstances,one should quietly put an advert in jang newspapers and try to strike a reasonable deal.
