How do you evaluate the plots of safari valley phase viii. Are they going to appreciate in coming months.
I don’t think so ,may be 6 months to- 1 year is required for some real positive shift , proper safari valley [Abu bakar, Umer Usman and Ali blocks] have very small streets 30 feet ,and in future with full bloom construction 70 % plus or above 60 % homes construction ,the area will appear as choking [my own feelings please], and its advantage in prices over neighboring sectors will definitely loose except its commercial activities ,which will boom then,
