Hello dear, i have two plots in sector e 12
E-12/1 plot 381 j
E-12/3 plot 918
I want to know if i should sell them and buy something else in gulberg, or jinnah garden or dha phase 2 extension. Or should i wait for e 12 development which has not styarted since many years now
D-12 is only substitute of E-12.
Hold for one year if u can.
No comparison of E-12 with Gullberg or Jinnah Garden or DHA-II Ext.

You are 100 % right on location but without development no use.
Sir , let's not compare the location but the investment opportunity. People investing in the areas mentioned have earned good masha allah than I have since waiting.
