I have one 30*60 plot in E-Block. Can anyone please tell me whether E Block is better or D, for investment?

There is fast development work in e block and MPCHS will complete it with in 2 years. location wise d block is better as its near to gt road and it is surrounded by C and E block. But on the other hand encroachment is a big problem in that sector.
If some one want to build home or need possession earlier he should invest in e block but if you can wait for 3 to 5 years then prices of D block will be higher then E. It depends on whenever they will acquire complete land of d block and start developing work.
