Sector F 15/2, Islamabad

I am getting an options to buy a one kanal plot at sector F-15/2 at approximately 5.5 million. This part of F-15 is not developed and as somebody who is new to the market, I do not know the track record of JKCHS. Please let me know if JKCHS will complete the development on time and the prices will match the developed parts of sector F-15/G-15.
