I have a 600 sq. Ft plot in extension area (sector m) of echs d18. Have heard that development of that area is stopped due to society litigation with the contractor. So, i want to take out that investment and buy 30*60 plot in b17 to get more benefit from my investment. Need ur expert views on it
I think in comparison b-17 is better than d-18…
In my opinion b-17 is much better than d-18.
I would tend to agree with what Mr Saad has just said, not because of D-18 but because of ECHS legal factor, as you have described. If this plot was in D-18 AWT, I would have advised you to hold on as it is in my personnel opinion one of the best short term investments available.
While prices in some of the other areas are rising based on general price increase and speculation, D-18 is one sector where the price jumps are based on real developments taking place on ground, and ECHS will also be a beneficiary of the new infrastructure coming up. I had explained these developments in detail in one of my earlier posts, here is the link:

Infact it might not be a bad strategy to get into AWT for the short term (6-8 months) make a profit and then go for B-17 E block, if that is what you are targetting, as E-Block is still under development and possession is still a year away (assuming no delays).
You should offcourse decide on the basis of your investment horizon and risk preference. I think ECHS is doing just fine and havent yet heard anything about that litigation. It would be better if you first try to confirm this news, as sometimes such rumours are falsely spread to convince allotees to sell their plots cheaply to big fish investors, who then make a quick gain.
Going for B-17 is not a bad move. Thanks
