Sir, I have 10 million. In this amount I want to invest in DHA Phase 4(Phase 1 Extension) and DHA Phase 2 Extension. Time period for Phase 4 is almost 4 years. In DHA Phase 2, I can wait for 10 years. Please put me wise. Also advise me regarding any safe investment in any other sectors.

It will be good for you to move over there because the demand is going up day by day. Sir price ranges are as follows:
K block=70 to 95 lacs
L block=60 to 90 lacs
M block =55 to 88 lacs
N block=52 to 75 lacs
P block= 43 to 50 lacs
Sir phase 4 A and B bock are only good for investment and price ranges there are 60 to 70 lacs so i dont recommend that place at this price and i personally think K to P are much better for investment and if highway pan executes,it would be much valuable than anything else in the vicinity.

Dha phase2 P block is much better for investment and second Bahria phase8 and third B-17 E block.

Over the years i have been noticing real estate market has been deadly slow during Ramadan. Basically its a good time for genuine buyers to purchase as in the result of the market getting slow rates also come down..when sale purchase is fast, it grabs the chance to purchase anything for the genuine purchaser.
