I want to invest 9 million breaking up into two to three portions. What is the best option for short term 1-2 year and what is best option for long term 3-4years?
Please give opinion for;
1-DHA Phase 9 file,
2-DHA EME2 file,
3-Lake City new launch (I see great potential for long term) and
4-DHA Rahbar

I appreciate that you are thinking of making a portfolio of investments. This approach alleviates the risk.
The localities you mentioned are all good for investment in my opinion because these are the localities which receive footfall of investors.
What makes you think of Lake city new launch for investment? Why not Bahria instead?

Actually one reason for Lake City is the ring road. I think once ring road is completed, Lake City will get the good boost. Other reason was that I as looking for one investment on installments with min start off and at the moment Lake city is the one on role.
I was leaning toward one file in DHA Phase 9 and one in DHA EME 2.
Please shed more light on Bahria in comparison.
