Should I hold in I14/4?

Assalamu Alaykum.

We have a good corner plot 30 x 60 in Islamabad I14/4 which have owned for over ten years, for a long time it was worth less than we paid for it (30 lak) however now prices are heading up due to work in the area, I think its worth around 90 lak now.
As we have owned it for so long I am in two minds whether we sell it now or just keep it for another 5-10 years, would it keep appreciating in value at a good rate?
The other option is to sell it and invest the money into Bahria town phase 8.
Any suggestions or advice welcome!

My vote is to sell it and invest money in Phase 8. I say that because I see that property is undervalued in Bahria Phase 8 right and will go up. I-14, I dont see much hope for it going alot more up.
