Should I Invest In G-14/2 Or 3

Hi guys,

I have a plot in G-14/4 size 25x40 which I bought last year and made good return on that but now I think it already has reached it's peak so I am thinking to sell it off and invest my money in other sub sectors of g-14... So kindly if anyone can suggest me should I keep it as if there are chances for more or should i switch to other sub sectors for same size plot (25x40) which is cheaper at the moment as compared to g-14/4 ? If yes then which sub-sector will be more profitable in g-14. I am seeking to invest my money for at least a year or may be early depends on return I get. So I request all the real estate gurus to guide me in this regard.. Will really appreciate that. Thanks

I will not support your idea of doing this,Never go for non possession plot…

You can never be sure about non possession plots bro. Better to put your eggs in a solid basket than an imaginary one.

Thanks for your reply guys…appreciate that  so that being said i should stay where i am currently and should wait or do i have any other option where i can invest… Do you guys think that rates of g-14/4 25x40 will go up in near future or will it stay stagnant? i know nothing is for sure in real estate but any predicitons for it ?? it’s weird though looking at prices for other sub sectors like 2/3 and they are booming up…

In Real state investment is neversure of anything but your best guess and keeping a good eye on the market guides you which way to go. I suggest you toreplace your 25x40 in G-14/4 with 30x60 plot in G-14/2. CDA plots even non-possision are like cash in hand.

Dear Danish, you have a better thing in your hand. And be sure if the prices rise in non-developed area, they will rise accordingly in developed area. As a matter of fact, the prices of non-developed areas are determined by the prices in adjacent developed areas.

So feel good about what you have. :)

Thanks malik majeed… Sounds good to me… Bigger size for the same price but that non-possession thing is a real catch in it which actually raise the question for re-selling as referring too previous posts in the forum all the experts it really is putting me off from investing in other sub sectors of g-14. Also so many concerns about their development process is not a good sign. Admitting the fact prices are regularly going up but it might be fake hype (i might be wrong as i am just a novice and learning about pakistan property so any criticism is welcome ). A sector which at least gives you return which is inflation adjusted for minimum and anything extra will be happy days  which other sectors should be the best options for a year investment which is as competitive as g-14/4 is still a question mark? i definitely will visit sectors and will do a thorough market research about it and any information i will share any information here… But still i would request more opinions and suggestions as it will help others as well to decide to re-invest and see their money growing. Thanks again

Please note you cannot purchase 3060 Plot in G-14/3 & G-14/2 (Minimum Price 65 lekh) in the price of 2540 in G-14/4.(Maximum Price 53 lekh).

However 30* 60 in G-14/1 is within range.

The prices in G-13 and G14/4 are stagnant now, but they will increase in 2 months, they will jump, I suggest you to keep the plot for at least 2 more months. And if you want to purchase a plot in G-14, buy in G-14/2, not in 1.
