I think most of the people are not aware much about Gawadar projects. Could you please share some successful investment opportunities in Gawadar?
If possible, can you please share the trend/analytics after comparing with the prices of last year and today, so that people can see the trend in the price increase/decrease to make the decision easy.
Example: Current value = X PKR
Last year June: X-100 PKR
I know Zameen.com does the trend analysis, but it would be great if someone can share some real experience.

Naval project is all set for launch most probably in August this year.... TABANI Estate (their official estate agent) is unofficially selling 1 kanal files around 40 lacs (50% upfront payment and 50% on transfer.
Official launch on installments in expected within few months.

4 million for 1 kanal is at extreme end.Also the track record of anchorage is not so impressive.
In pvt no better person nor better group then Gwadar green palm by Rafi group. Canadian , naval platinum et all will weep beside another good is Jamal city

Naval anchorage is priced at a very high range. There are far better options available in the city of gwadar right now.
Currently i think savaira city and Gwadar central are on ideal locations. Savaira will be preferred by people looking to settle in gwadar in the coming years, whereas gwadar central is the best in location when it comes to investment, since it is right on the jinnah avenue which is the main commercial blvd with no-limit high rise building clearance.

2) Green Palm by Rafi group by Imtiaz Rafi Trustable name of Lahore,( Defence mall, landmark plaza, empress tower, Central Plaza Rafi heights, Green acre farmhouses etc) Imtiaz jinah foundation
I repeat no other right now trustable in GWADAR beside this Naval anchorage started society but twice costly than above and theie development standard wont match above . You can google them and land on their websites and locate there head office and buy directly from them Rafi group office in lahore on gulberg also in gwadar , rest many property dealers too , even i have files of above
