What is Sihala like for investment? Does it have any good long term future prospects?

If you mean by Sihala DHA then it is a very beautful place for living. DHA is getting full day by day and is now one of the most preferable choice of people for living in par with Bahria town. Prices are also rising and when in future rawat interchange and world trade centre with its business center and five star hotel are completed it will become an epicenter of business activities. Moreover DHA 2 is facing DHA 2extension and DHA phase 3 will also be built in front of it. After few years DHA and Bahria will become entirely new twin cities which infact are self sustained cities even now. There is no comparion of development standard and civic amenities of DHA and Bahria. My go for DHA if some one prefers a state owned society and Bahria if preference is a pivate community,
