Soan Garden is a safe place for living? I'm thinking to buy a plot in Soan Garden F block. I shall buy or not.. What is your advice?

*Water supply situation... Too bad
* Security situation... Extremely bad. Multiple check posts have been setup due to recent high rates of theft, car snatching etc.
(It's the feedback I've received from some persons residing there, who have now shifted to PWD due to terrible water supply situation in Sawan Garden)
@M.B.ALi, soan garden location wise is very nice place but what internal picture you figured out, if correct , then thanks for the information, ,but how can it be , as its a very huge society with full bloom residential units ,close to bahria,1-6, and in the past i heard that the management of soan garden had refused pass-away excess to expressway[islamabd] for bahria ,now they will definitely regret that decision , as they could have arranged with bahria good quality roads plus water and security issues, had they being flexible back then,

These issues have been reported many time by my brother, who used to live there occasionally along with his university friends (boarders who had hostels in Soan, ultimately shifted to PWD).
For drinking water, people have to line up near society office.
For other purposes, tanker business is in full boom.
Boring is successful only in few houses, and underground water level is very low.
But for your own satisfaction, you can visit and check with the residents before making a decision.
Only water issue
