@ khan bhai, is FOECHS open to public transfer? As one the forum contributors suggested it was not? I was interested in earlier on this month, prices were on 30x60 for roughly 12-14 lakhs.

I think jkchs f16 sub sector 1 and 2 will be in your price range and is a good investment opportunity for short term as well as long as development will be starting soon
Don’t know about that saeed. I think estate agents are just playing games to hike the prices as development should have started long time ago. F-16/4 prices are fetching 35 lakhs due to rumours circulating that development will start soon but no sign of it yet. 35 lakhs is a lot of money considering nothing is on ground! don’t be surprised if development does not start by 2016!
Thats true Sheikh Abdul but higher the risk higher the return 30×60 developed plots in g15 costs almost 5 million so once development will start there will be huge jump in the prices.

The money making question is WHEN??? and your right, that’s what investors are relying on at the moment that once development starts they reap the fruitfulness of their investment but the management keep saying development will start soon. Beginning of the year was rumoured that the management will announce plans of development after ramadhan, after that they said eid now they are saying before june 2014. It appears to be going on and on…unsure of actual reality!
I think there is some noc issue by cda due to some land disputes which need to be resolved before the real game begins.
I wonder whether a 30x60 plot can be obtained in CDECHS with the 15 lakhs budget? Would this be possible? As im unsure of actual prices in the market, seemed to be crazy prices, some sellers demanding 19 lakhs and some demanding 30 lakhs.
