Which area better to invest in Lahore or Rawalpindi around 3-4 million?
Brother, in Lahore currently LDA Avenue 1 and DHA Phase 9 especially Shohda Town of Phase 9 are important.
And i am suggesting LDA Avenue 1 because possession will be given soon there inshaALLAH. i recently visited the society and observed that at various poles transformers were installed.
And same is the case for phsae 9 shauhda town. I didnt visit it myself but got some pictures of development there.
Rest ALLAH knows better....
Lhore is a mature city but islamabad is getting its shape. In my point of view islamabd have bigger margen of investment as compare to lahore. Is int it?
