I am looking to buy few plots throughout islamabad/rawalpindi with a small budget of 20lac cash (no installment) and looking to flip for profit in 6-8 months.
I believe spreading investment over few plots rather than a single plot will minimize risk. Some plots i was thinking of:
Dha valley, 8 marla Top city, 10 marla Ichs, 5 marla
Any advice from seniors?

your idea is good. But I don't think u wil be able to get these three plots in 2 million.

Well for short time investment i think so in above mentioned options top city is better ll not recommend u dha valley for short term investment
If the overall market increases then you maybe able to flip in 6 months, but since prices have increased a lot already there should be limited chance of further gain in such a short period of time.
Ibrahim sab …suggestion is valid… Amir , go for Top City, will pay u back In- sha - ALLAH. DHA valley is good investment option…but at least u have to wait for 2- 3 years.
I would not recommend valley at this point because it is not having healthy business right now…just sold 8 marla transferable file on 7 lacs own in jasmine block today…Rates are at peak.Wait a bit to get the prices corrected…
