I have sell a property to an investor and they write a stamp paper with us with 5 lac bayana and remaining payment will be paid on last date 18-08-2016 no the date has been passed and they are not paying us the remaining balance payment. We haven’t make any signature on registry. Anyone advise please what should i do because on stamp paper it is written if the 1st party fails to pay the remaining payment on time the bayana will be abstained. Please advise what should i do now.
