Status Of DHA Phase-2 Extension Islamabad

Dear zameen forum members,

I have 1 kanal allotment letter in sector t dha-2 extension islamabad. In need the suggestions from the forum members about this property and the location future.

Please also note that i don't have file and instead i have got allotment letter for which partial installment has also been paid to dha. However keeping in view the development progress and some pending case regarding development charges (un-confirmed), i have stopped further payments.

Looking forward to the earliest responses.

Faisal, in my opinion we should wait and watch till the things get certain. Let the development in the locality proceed.

And i hope that DHA would not cancel your allotment because of the non-payment of instalments.

Thanks for your reply. Should I know what do you mean by locality? Will it include DHA Valley as well?

Locality means the phase/ block/ community and yes the term can be used for DHA valley. I thank you for mentioning your concern about the word. I will try to avoid it in the future.
