I am talking overall about the whole sector F-15/1. I am planning to buy plot in F-15. So I am just interested if I buy in a non-possessed area how long roughly it will take to get possession and start construction.

Those non developed plots which land is under possession will hopefully not take more then one year however there are some plots where land is not in possession of JKCHS it will take long time.

I have a 500 yards plot in F-15/1 which I bought 5 years before but unfortunately I have not received possession until now, can anyone give an expert advise what should I do, sell it or retain it, any idea what should be the current price for this plot.
