Dear all, i want to ask if it is worth to hold my pechs plot in k block or sell it i have heard that after the inaguration of new airport price of pechs plots will inflate, your kind response is highly appreciated
Brother I suggest to hold ur plot.the prices in Fazaia tarnol n adjacent societies is already rising.pechs is a bit behind owing tothe new road access but surely ur time to reap the fruit is around the corner.inshaAllah with inauguration of new airport the prices will surely increase in all adjacent societies.
Even if u opt to sell now max 17_18 lac is the expected amount which ur K block plot is likely to fetch u.surely u must have bought around 15 lac price unless u arent amongst the initial allottees.so jahan itna wait kiya thora aur wait krr lein

Yes price will increase with new airport inauguration next year.
Not from December 2016 but in June 2017. That is the date we are repeatedly hearing from all official circles. In fact there is a complete news item on the new airport inauguration in today's The News. Construction work however might be completed by end of this year. Scroll down this page:
I personally view it in 2017 and beyond.
