Status Of Sector E-16

Can anyone please tell me what's the status of sector e-16 in general and e-16/3 in particular.Whats the status of possession there??I am hearing contradictory stories about this sector.Some people are saying they don't have NOC from CDA and some are saying people have constructed houses there.

Can anyone please advise me on this. Will this be a good option for 2-3 years investment and later on constructing house there?? If this is not a good option please suggest other options with investment of 2.5 million.

The best you can do is to confirm the NOC status by contacting the concerned CDA official. People living on the land that has not been approved by CDA is no good. The investment security is backed with locality's clearance from the local development authority. Any CDA sector in Islamabad is a good investment option for both long as well as short term.

E-16/3 is developed society and people starts living there, and possession is also available for those who apply for it. It has a great potential for investment as well.

Why dont you visit the society yourself to get rid of all the rumours. I have also heard that there are rumours about connecting e 16 to Kashmir Highway. If this would happen, e-16 would be a favourable community for investors.

In CDA sector E-16 there are two societies involved:- (i) Cabinet Division Society; and (ii) Roshan Pakistan Society.

Cabinet Division Society (CDECHS) has no problems, and it is a CDA approved society.

If someone wants to invest in E-16, then he should invest in Cabinet which is totally safe because development and possession is complete and currently the prices are very reasonable compared to all other societies in Zone 2. Location wise it is the closest to Islamabad after JKCHS and Interior.

E-16/3 35*70 is within your range. Visit area and take step. CDA NOC is issued to CDECHS. You can confirm from CDA website. Water shortage is issue in E-16 & E-17.

Dear ahmed cabinet e 16 is a good option for 2 or 3 years investment or even for construction almost 15 to 20 houses are under construction or completed in e 16 and 17 in next 2 years it will cross figure of 100 inshallah so it will be a good place for living in that range

I don't see any NOC issues with CDECHS in E-16/ 17.
