I have a few plots (10 kanal, 2.5 kanal, 19 kanal) near multan road sunder, they are 1/2 to 1 km from main multan road, there is bazar on main road leading to my land, around 200 meter long then there is mostly residential area, all road is quite wide and used by bahria town and other companies dumpers to go to ravi for sand, now i want to sell these plots, can be used for residential or industry use, electricity, telephone are available. Govt water tank had been approved and will be functional in a year i guess, sui gas will also be available as pipe line is being installed, now the questions how to sell, i don't have time to to do ploting and sell in parts, as thats the best and most profitable way, need to sell as a single piece like 10 kanal plot has 200 feet front on main road some one can buy it for a factory, or a farm house, or it can also be divided in small plots and sold later,,,, i need some one to help me with finding a suitable buyer/investor.
