Hello zameen experts. I'd been looking around but couldn't get reliable source that can confirm if the taj residencia newly launched 3.5 marla is really reliable investment? What i mean is that they advertised it saying "noc approved", etc. My question is that is it really noc approved? Have they acquired the new land where they will planning 3.5 marla plots? Because i couldn't get any map for that.
Any guidelines will be appreciated.
(please note that i understand that development pace is not very good in taj-residencia, but this question is only regarding the reliability of 3.5 marla plots. No matter if the development is slow or something)
