Dear Experts

I would be the first time buyer of any plot ever. I reside in Karachi and doing a job so i could only opt for options that are available on installments.

I might sale the plot, or may build a house there, as I plan to move to ISL after 4/5 years.

I have decided to buy a 5 Marla plot that’s on offer for 35 lacs with installments of 4 years.

Please guide me, should I go for it? As all specifications like down payment and installments are within my budget.

Please guide. I want to invest in something secure and risk free.

Its safe to invest there.
Development work is going at good pace.
NOC is approved.
Access is very good.

Brother zameen wahan ki achi jo aap ki pohach mein ho, better check your near by areas and try to buy some on ground possession plot. These files are like a gamble, you have 50-50 chance. Taj residentia ki reputation pay koi shak nahi but baat aap ki access ki hai.
