I have narrowed down my choices of investment to two societies:
- Taj Residencia
- Islamabad Model Town
Please suggest which society is better in terms of investment & living.

Preference for Investment or Living can be two very different things,
– I would say IMT is on a greener side of ISB and neighbour to Enclave and Park View so a better option to live at.
– Taj Residencia due to nearby I-14/16 and Golra Mor Underpass might do better for investment, if compared with IMT.
Imtiaz bhai is it worth to invest in Taj residencia? as of now what is their NOC status. It is launched since long time but not appreciated well. what is your suggestion about it.?
