May I request you to enlighten me about the prospects of Tele-Garden F-15 vs JKCHS in F-15 and G-15.
Is this would be a better investment than Bahria Enclave non-developed plots of 8 and 10 Marla?

Telegarden f17 will rise as jump is expected any time in the next couple of months. If you can get hold of any size plot I suggest you do asap
Just out of curiosity can you tell me mow can the prices rise all of a sudden any time? had there been a lot of investor footfall in the region lately?
I went there on Saturday and all dealers were busy with buyers. Lots of cars parked. I was surprised but I guess demand is increasing day by day hence a jump is likely. Multi has done really good development work in f17.
Very true Ali, people are forecasting jump in prices of F-17.
