I have visited bahria golf city few months ago. The site and view attracted me and i think any one who goes there will be inspired by this site. I want the expert view to comment on this project regarding investment point of view and residential as well.
I have seen many people visiting that project but i heard this project will not be launched as other bahria project but the booking is done by bahria office on first come first serve.

It is located after the toll plaza on murree express way. They have limited plots available in 15 marlas, one kanal and two kanals. The project is undersupervision of shereton , infact it joint venture of shereton and bahria town. There is lush green golf course and shereton hotel is under construction. They have villas as well and apartments. The prices are high but you can decide when you visit the site. If you are buyer or invester then please visit the site. They had plots few months ago but very limited. Currently i do not know if they have some or all sold out??
The rate for 15 marla plot in bahria golf city is around 15 million. There are options for serviced apartments and villas too.

For golf city noc from cda is not applicable as golf city falls under cda … It’s falls in the muree domain
