As suggested, there is no match of Park Enclave 1 once developed by CDA.,

But the key and emphasis is on “once developed by CDA” Mr Khan, and it’s not in your biological life-time if your current age is more than 30, and if you’re below 30 then consider investing for your future retirement home if you wish …

Some development has already been done in Park Enclave 1... They will give possession in some parts very soon.... So, if one could get those plots, it is very good investment based upon the location of this project.

It is always crucial to find a bargain when you’re buying for investment. For self living you should go for the plot that you like best. But for investment, try to find what is available cheaper from a needy seller.
