I want to sell a studio apartment i own in f-11, islamabad. I am based in another city and not possible to frequently visit islamabad.
There are a handful of dealers who deals in the apartment of this tower and have their monopoly. The guy i have been dealing with wasn't serious to sell my apartment.
I have handed it to another dealer now.
Any expert advices you would like to give on what is the best way to sell out this apartment asap in the best possible price. Anything besides zameen.Com ad listing. Any newspaper you would recommend. Anything else?
It will be also good if you put an add on the newspaper. But as you are telling that you are away from islamabad. But no problem property in islamabad an specially in f-11 is very easy to sale.
