I may get a top city plot, 250 sq, block E in 11 lac.
Is it a good investment?

Go for it…if its location is good…otherwise try to buy in F block …its better than E.
AH…Installments of the plot are paid utodate??? I mean minimum 3??
Can someone share details about Top City 1 prices, installment plans (if any), market value, pros cons of various blocks. This will be helpful for many members like me.

Well…price of 250 sq yd price ranges from 11 to 15 lac (depending on location) …less development charges…which are 5 lac in total , 62500 in 8 equal installments…3 installments have to be paid by now… Price of 1 kanal ranges from 18 to 30 lac(depending on location)…less development charges which are 9 lac to be paid in 8 equal installments of 112500…3 installments have to be paid by now.
AH…U manged to buy a plot in TOP CITY??
No, Doc, I changed my mind of investing in Top City and considering other options like investing in Multi Residencia, instead.
Investment in Residencia at this moment is not recommended. Wait for some time the prices will come down.

Prices in zone 2 now are likely to decline and then increase later on. Best time to buy now actually…Top City, MPCHS Residencia, AWT…time is right! Pre new year investment!
