Transfer of money to USA after sale of a propety

I have two questions:

1. transfer of sale money to USA

2. Deposit money in Citibank Karachi and withdraw in Citibank USA

I have a plot in Scheme 33 that will be sold. What is the legal way to transfer the money to USA.
The plot was purchased 50 years ago. Most of the money to buy in installment was sent from USA. Now can I take that money to USA. Repatriation of funds. Please advise.

I have an account in Citibank in USA. Can I use that account in Karachi?
Use money received from sale of the plot to buy dollars in open market in Karachi and deposit the money in Citibank, Karachi or any other bank with a branch in USA.

There are 3 versions to buy $ from any currency exchanger in Pakistan.
A. Getting $ for education in abroad.
B. Getting $ for saving in $ account in any bank in Pakistan
C. Getting $ & shifting to abroad but not like the TTs of Drama baz Shshbaz drama.
You can transfer max 100,000 in one calendar year by sending less than 1,000 everyday if you like.
If you are in abroad then any of your blood relative , brother, sister or parents can send to you on your behalf.
Best bet is ask your blood relative to get max one Lac per year & transfer to you
