University city having University of engineering and technology (UET KSK), Government college and university(gcu ksk), University of health sciences(uhs), Suparco, Garment city(ksk), Helicap, King edward medical university(ke ksk), Judicial colony (ksk) Or there could be other universities in near future... Will it be good for investment??? As it is becoming the hub of universities???

I am sorry but the name Kala Shah Kaku is a not starter for many investors , especially the overseas unless you belong to Kala Shah Kaku
This is very good investment as few of Unis are already there and start functions already!!!!
So this is a rapid fire......within a year prices went sharply up and going continuously...
Without having knowledge or visit one should not give his own view....

Real estate prices have increased many folds in Bannu but that remains a challenging investment for someone sitting in Lahore thats what I meant by saying that small cities like Kala Shah Kaku remain unattractive for investors in this forum where people mainly discuss Isb, Lahore , Karachi etc.
UET and UHS and SUPARCO building are almost completed. I think it will be ready with in 2 years, Should I invest 2cror to 3 cror....??

Do not need to take on mind or heart...I have visited and also did one society town planning and personally visited the area so gave on reality the advice....
Now if you did not visited or even did not hear the name Kala Shah Kaku its not mean it not has potential to grow....
So advice to ppls on grounds it will be almost 25% increase in every year which is based on the previous years performance there...
Rest one should go himself to see the actual situation to forsee and invest do not need to invest on some1 personal opinion here...
