Nadeem bhai I am just saying that without MA C sectors will be inaccessible. So if CDA is showing progress towards C sector development than obviously it will have to expedite work on MA too

Looks like SC is serious and so is Roedad Khan to stop the stone crushing… Good news for B 17 if this pressure is maintained by SC on CDA and Chief Commissioner of Islamabad.
Well we pray that something positive may come out of it. Ameen. Those mountains in B17 now simply give look of some dying hinges. Few just look like sticks, some as small “tellas”. Dust seems engulfing everything. One always feel sad watching Margalla hills contracting towards north. A time will come when there will be no signs of Margalla hills on the apposite side of G.T road.
Can supreme court order completion of margalla avenue also because millions of rupees have already been spent on it?
Current Supreme Court is restraining itself to step in the field of executive unless it's corruption or human rights issue. Gone are the days of Iftikhar Chaudhry who wanted to run the government by directing them which project is priority.
Govt can simply answer even if SC asks them that we do not have enough funds. Simple.

A sincere advice to B17 investors and those who want to live there. Sit back for 2 years, dont panic and dont get frustrated , wait and see.
One day it has to be developed, it won’t be functionally possible to commute when zone 2 gets populated. But another in the name of dirty politics and bad governance, am sorry to say it does not seem to be soon. The graveyard issue and the consequent requirement of land acquisition for diversion… Cda is hopeless!!!
Agreed with MBS. Probably two more years at least.
On an optimistic note, governments generally try to deliver projects prior to elections, i hope this project becomes one of that in 2016-17
Requirement of land acquisition for diversion may not be big issue since people give land for road happily and due to small acquisition piece, it is more costly. 2ndly they get road for remaining land and houses. So both way people are benefited. Its all depend how CDA goes for it and how much time they consume for this process and timely payment to affected. I.e In Metro projects both in lahore and rwp/isb, people were paid almost over night and speedy development were seen their.
From the day one, when tender were awarded things went wrong
1-CDA assumed its price around 1.2 billion
2-Contractor get it below a billion due to lowest bidding. As per usual method, development authorities always tries to give it to their favorites and keep their share. So no one taken interest in its timely completion and even created hurdles in timely payments
3-May be Contractor working sluggishly to benefit some one else and defame multi ( got contract with malicious intentions). Not sure about it but things seems going on this pattern.
4-CDA even damn care to conduct survey, how they prepared a feasibility of road with graveyard in the path. Public money wasted in brutish way.
