Dear all, i am about to finalize a deal for 7 Marla plot on double road, block e. Can someone please advise around how much should be the price of the plot 1996r? Also, is it a good location? I see an " organized water channel" passing near by, will that have a negative impact?

This is expensive deal. If you can get this for 18, it would be a nice deal to grab. There are many more options available. You can not confirm by calling it a organised water channel, as it is not developed yet, so it can be a Nallah. Regards,
