I have a 7 marla, non corner, park facing plot in umar block in street # 63.
&
10 marla non corner, general plot in block c in street # c2
What are the current realistic value for each one and what is the future estimated.
Which one is better to construct for rent-out purpose ?

In umer block around 33-50 lac , in C Block around 47- 75, Depend on the location of the plot,

C Block is better than umer block for renting purpose.
