Having gone through the advices, i made my mind 2 go 4 one kanal plot either in e 17 or awt or echs wid little inclination towards e 17 cab division but wen i discussed same wid my few property dealer friends, they unanimously advised me nt 2 go 4 cab division b/c there r certain problems abt procurement f land, n over selling f 1 file many times. Im back 2 square 1 b/c f these doubts. I request u all 2 guide me abt dis doubt by sharing ur knowledge n practical experience.And in ur opinion, wat out f awt, echs or e 17 ll earn rich dividends aftr margalla avenue n air port s functional. Dear brother saleh Sorry for late reply there is no major issues of transfer in e 16 e 17 developed area never heard that however mostly people confuse cabinet housing scheme with roshan pakistan. Roshan pakistan is e 16 /4 they have some issues of over booking and noc is also cancelled. Cabinet division is e 16/3 and e 16 2 and its already developed so u can get immediate possession personally i dnt know any duplicate sale. Awt(d19) echs(d18) and cdechs(e16/17) all of them are good options with possession and approval of gas. Main differences are that awt and echs are part of rawalpindi however cdechs is part of cda islamabad. Cdechs has there own access from main gt road. Distance wise cdechs and echs are better then awt, plus in awt electricity is not under ground. There are few homes started in cdechs and echs but not in awt. I will personally prefer cdechs and echs on awt.
