Wana buy house in pwd

Hope all are fine here :)

I wanted to buy 10 marla house in pwd as i've visited the place and liked it very much. Can you people please comment whether it's good place and it has any future. (please note that i want to buy for residential purpose).

Further i also want to invest 52 lakh at some good place. I would prefer to buy two plots at different location with this amount. Can you people please guide me ?

I've heard about b-17, i-14, i-15, i-16, dha, dha valley, soan garden, ghori town etc

Before purchase in PWD you should visit Bahria phase 1 to 8.I hope you will like this area and development standard.

Pwd has water problem and personal bor in few houses also got flopped… Other then that its a nice place with good comercial area … But bahria town phase 8 is hardly 10 km from pwd and u can get a house there in this budget

House 7 to 9 million 5Marla 9 to 12 Million 7Marla 14 to 20 Million 10Marla according to location.I think in PWD almost same prices or little bit less.Any how it's your choice my good wishes and lot of prayers for you may Allah be with you at every step you take and guide you.
