Want A Plot Or House In Islamabad

Hi, thanks for considering to answer my inquiry. I am looking to build my house somewhere around/close to parliament house on either side. Perhaps Chak Shahzad area, bani gala etc is the closest option. Following are the details:

Budget: Rs. 5-6 M for the plot. Size: 10-20 Marla (more the better). Locality: It should be a good mix of organised living, reasonable, with amenities, scenic, approachable, and lake view if possible. Possession: Immediate or in near future.

This is going to be for my living and not necessarily for business. Will appreciate your recommendations and offers if any. Thanks :)

There are plots availbable in this range next to main road leading to Bahria Enclave, but it is not on the lake side. It is close to telecom company office.

Thanks dear Mr Aabadi and dear Mr Niazi, thanks for your feedback. These offers seem to be for undeveloped plots. If that is the case, the prices seem high. Can you please suggest regulate society plot or a well located / scenic but undeveloped plot at some better place and better price? Thanks H
