I would like to buy a house in Lahore were I can get monthly rent. Please guide me on the best place for investment.
My starting budget is Rs. 3,360,000 and the rest I can pay on monthly basis. Please advise.

I feel for investment , plots are better than houses on installments.
Most of the houses on installments will take 18-30 months to complete (depending on paymnet plan) and then you will start it renting. Again rental value in Lahore is not so good compared to Islamabad.
Some of the good houses on Installments are:
Zaamin Fazaia Villas, Lake City, Bahria Orchard, Bahria Town etc.
