Want To Buy A Ready To Build Plot

Hello friends,

I am looking to buy a plot in Lahore which is ready to build. No file type or investment type. Area preferably 10 Marla, would consider more or less too. I see some projects outside Lahore like central park and NFC 2 are quite interesting. What would you recommend. Budget is between 10 to 25 and could be more depending where the plot is.

So my question is which is the better compromise between money and location in terms of projects?

Is central park, NFC and others developed enough to start building a house immediately?. Bear with my ignorance as i live outside of Lahore and haven't seen any of the projects myself so i will be taking your word for it.

Is there any housing scheme developed enough to start building a house immediately?. As i am out of country so please be specific in your recommendation, i will be taking your word to finalize the project.
