Yes, price increment is expected. In Sector C total price of a 10 marla plot is 75 lac, down payment is 2038000 whereas remaining amount will be paid in installments, pofit is 2 lacs rite now. Rates are expected to increase as it is being said they have got the NOC but they are not advertising it rite now, looking for the rite time whereas investors are spending alot of money if Enclave.

Apple, i aggree to that link and i am aware of that. But the news is they got NOC after that, everything is planned and fixed, they will announce NOC soon after buying plots from the market, later after announcing the NOC, selling them for huge profits, that's the way BT works. :)
@ Intermediate Now all kinds of “people” will come to this thread and try to prove that Bahria Enclave is the nest California of Pakistan and that you should definitely invest in it because soon the price of a 10 marla plot will reach around 2 crores. Most of the posters on these forums are real estate guys who have a vested interest. The real-estate mafia has driven the prices to an abnormally high in Islamabad. The prices are artificial and I hope that sanity will prevail and Ch Nisar will take care of the real-estate “boom”.
Dear Usman, Nisar sb. Is a party to everything happening in Real Estate !!! Real Estate Mafia and Agents are also humans and I don't see any interest on this forum as no one is selling Enclave plots on this very page, so calm down, relax, sit back and enjoy!!
They have got the NOC, they are simply not advertising it now, due to some reasons, huge investments are being made in Enclave, and they will advertise NOC soon, and then will sell their chunk of plots they are buying just now, that is the reason prices are increasing. Anyways, Usman, Ch.Nisar gets his share in every deal they make.
The discussion is heating up a bit. We need to cool down and listen to what every one is saying. We should come up with logic and reasons to oppose some one. The prices in Enclave will certainly go upward although they are very high at the moment. This project will take some time to be able to be livable. Mr. Nasir is very right, that huge investment is done by people there at the moment.
