Want To Purchase House 10 Marla In Range Of 12-15 Millions

I am planning to buy house of 10 Marla for residential purpose not for investment. What are the options available in range of around 1.5 crore.

Buy a new house in G-13 or if you want to live in old sectors, you won’t get a good condition liveable house in this range, or you can opt PWD, O-9 Police Foundation for a 10 marla house.

What about bahria town, can i get 10 marla house in my range?

Have you ever considered constructing…it would be allot cheaper and within your budget you can have a house in E-11 and it would be worth 180 or 190 after construction.its hard word work for 6 months but the reward is very good…

I think you can get houses in I-9/ I-10/ G-11/ G-13/ G-14 but of smaller sizes.

Yes, you can get houses in Bahria Town Phase-8, I guess in this range with 10 Marla size.

Well it wont be 10 marlas.8 marla plot ranging between 90 to 110 lacs and and 35 to 40 lacs construction....... And your property would be worth 18 to 20 million. Or like you said bahria town phase 4 you can get a 10 marla house within that price but i always prefer constructing its too much hassel but you can save atleast 3 million and after construction you can make an extra 3 to 4 million.e.g i have just finished a 10 marla house in ph 4 land cost around 4 million which was last year, current price 6 to 7 million. Construction cost around 5.5 to 6 million.now getting offers from 16 million to 17.5 million.

Dear brother you can get a brand new house in bahria phase 8. Also u can find a new 5 to 7 marla house in sector g 13 or g 14. In ur range u can get a 10 marla brand new house in sec f 15 if any available. Another option is to buy a 9 marla ( 30 x 70 ) old house in i 9 which u can easily get around 12 million and then spend one or 2 million on it it ll be a new house and location wise main cda is better then all other sectors.

Sorry now the prices are fixed lol thanks for pointing out.. I-9 is a good option but when you compare standards than its a very steep fall considering you could be living in bahria ph 4..

But you can't compare location of Phase4 with I-9 from closeness to Islamabad point of view, otherwise there is no comparison between Bahria and I-9.

Thanks to all for such wonderful suggestions. One thing i forget to mention, my main priority is standard of society and structure of house. Distance is not big matter for me as i am not daily visitor of main islamabad, on weekends i think i can manager some travelling. That's why i mentioned bahria town in specific. Also i can manage some extra money 1-2 Millions other that 15. I have few options in mind Bahria DHA G-15 in Zone 2 Which one is better? or any other options according to my priority?

As mentioned by @H–T, by construction of house on plot we can save some money. By keeping that in mind, what about bahria enclave? Is there any plots with possession? I think the prices are less than 10 Million of 35*70 plot and with remaining amount I can construct good house.

Well than bahria is the best option in zone 5.very healthy envirnoment and a good standard of living with 7 to 8 million you should be able to get a 10 marla plot in ph 4 bahria town with an excellent location… Rest the seniors can guide in plot hunting

Bahria Enclave is a very good option, but I don't see it livable in 1 to 2 years. It will take some time for that area to get livable although possession is available with allied facilities.

Bahria Town Pindi is best for you at the moment. DHA is almost there with Bahria. So the final decision is urs, as I don't see a lot of differences in ur options. I wont go for G-15.
