Sir, i have one falt at gulshan-e-memar named as al zohra tower of al asar group.I want to sell it consist of one bedroom the total cost of flat is 860,000 excluding utility charges. It is in progress since 2009 and not completed yet. The management says they will hanover ot in the mid of next year.
I have paid approx 600000/= including utility etc. Want to ask what shall be the market price if i sell it now.
