I am planning to relocate to islamabad with family from the uk. I would appreciate if anyone here can advise me on best areas to rent a house in considering the following key points (no direct offers please):
- clean and well maintained
- secure
- easily accessible from m1.
- preferably but not necessarily newly built
- must be established and populated
- close to good schools
- green, close to parks
Asalam o alikum the best area for living is upto your budget and choices… Best is bahria enclave Islamabad…
Considering your requirements, look in F-11 sector. It is next to Kashmir (now Srinagar) highway, has lots of schooling options as well as parks.
