What are the semi developed societies in isb that may complete their developemend in 2-3 years time?

Looking to buy 1 plot for 10-marla on installment basis.

Why some socieites are selling their plots even though their names are mentioned in the unauthorized list of cda?

How is the roshan pakistan?

What should be the file price?

Bahria enclave sector F,G,H would complete thier devlepment in 2 years time.average 10 marla plot price is 55 lacks and 5 marla is 30 lacks aprox

Asad: it was noted by one of the forum members that sector F will take much longer in possession due to its terrain than other sectors mentioned by you. Do you think the same?

May be sector F will take more time then sector G and H… But that time difference is not that much, while sector F has more better location and on height

F sector will take a lot of time.

Thanks. What are the expected time frames for these sectors G and H to get possessions and how long will it further take for F sector? I have around 3/4 years to build so would it matter in my case?

One more question: once all of these sectors are developed, will there be a price difference based on date of possessions and location? Will F ever catch up to sectors N G or H? And will these sectors ever catch up to the prices of sectors A B and C ? Thanks.

It seems at this stage that F sector will have highest pricing once possession factor is diluted.

I believe u visited Enclave recently; how long do you think it would take to develop sector F, keeping in view the current pace.

Yes I visited Enclave recently but can't judge exactly about speed of F sector work precisely. For exact judgement one has to have good knowledge of F sector map too. My view is based only on seeing little machinery on F sector and all property people have the view that F sector will take a lot of time.

F sector dealing is also little as no one quote its price. My impression is that most of the F sector plot owners has high holding power.

I can be wrong.
