What’s the price?
Are you looking for buying or selling? As buyer avoid it. I know very well this project and whole block. Very good flat but in worst possible area you can imagine (multiply Karachi condition by 10X). And if you are seller welcome to club. My family have property in adjacent block and whole area is dead no selling no purchasing happening nothing at all in last 4 years due to conditions in these areas. Asking price is no matter as no buyer there.
